During my time at Reed, I not only achieved multiple awards but also shattered expectations by propelling my career to new heights during the most challenging period of recruitment—the pandemic. However, destiny had a different plan for me. Just three weeks after being forced to work five days a week in the office, I made a bold decision to leave the comfort zone behind. It was a leap of faith, driven by my unwavering belief that we should never compromise our authenticity. 

Little did I know that my journey was about to take an unexpected turn. Seven months later, I embarked on a quest for self-discovery, pursuing an ADHD diagnosis through the NHS. But here's the shocking truth: the road to diagnosis stretched out before me like a marathon, a grueling wait of up to seven long years. It was a stark reminder that neurodivergence should never be a barrier to success. 

April marked the turning point, the moment when I summoned the courage to break free from the shackles of conformity. The company where I held a Director position failed to see the boundless potential of the DiSH (Digital Information Security Hub) accelerator program. But I did. With unwavering determination, I bid farewell and embraced my own entrepreneurial path. In the blink of an eye, I birthed my own business and joined the accelerator, ready to defy the odds. 

June brought a kaleidoscope of possibilities. As the accelerator program drew to a close, my business underwent a metamorphosis, emerging as a Limited company. A trademark was secured, and my vision to address the challenges of neurodiversity grew clearer with each passing day. But that was just the beginning. As if driven by an insatiable hunger for knowledge, I immersed myself in £11,000 worth of cybersecurity qualifications, arming myself to navigate the treacherous waters of the industry. The culmination? Multiple certifications and hands-on experience that solidified my expertise on September 22nd. 

But here's the real kicker—amidst the whirlwind, I managed to achieve the impossible. Six hours a day, tirelessly dedicated to a boot camp that pushed the limits of my endurance. And what did I accomplish? Brace yourself. A beta version of ND Passport was born, a website was meticulously crafted, and clients were left in awe of my consultancy work, with invoices totaling almost £20,000 to date. But that's not all. The University of Manchester, a prestigious academic partner, saw the spark within me. And so did external partners, including tech experts from the bustling streets of Silicon Valley and an Autism charity that shared my vision. The icing on the cake? I fearlessly ventured into the realm of grants, knocking on doors and seeking support to fuel my mission.
